WEEK 14

Salam Alaykum.

Now its week 14 already. Hm.

I just can't believe I'm almost done my degree life.

So, how are you today? I'm still struggle editing my thesis. Hehehe 😎

Okay as usual i'm going to update on what i've learned in my class. For today's lecture, we had discussed on Osaka Flower Coffee Shop Case Study. In summary, Duy Tran, the owner of Osaka Flower Coffee shop, had to make a decision on an information system that hopefully would help him in managing the shop more efficiently. Duy had to decide on specific transaction processing system (TPS) software to be implemented into the business along with any required hardware. Besides, we had learned information system included digital revolution, user generated content, and customer relationship management (CRM). CRM is refers to a set of software programs or apps that let companies keep track of everything they do with their existing and potential customers. Dr Fareed also asked us to watch and understand the video of supply chain management (will probably be in final exam, maybe... i don't know, heheh). 

Before I end my writing. I would like to say thank you to all lecturers and special thanks to Dr Fareed Ismail for teaching us Information System in Food Industry. For me, this subject is very useful and interesting! Thank you for all the ilmu. Thank you 💕

Now, road to final exam and bye bye degree life. I will miss all the moments in UPM 😭😭😭
